My white paper on PTI's 100 days performance in KPK

The night of the election, I was thinking only one thing; which party to vote? My whole family was going
for PTI. Already having tested PMLN and PPP, they had no other option. On ideological grounds, I wanted to go for left, i.e. ANP or AWP. But there was no candidate contesting on their behalf. All four of the candidates of PMLN and PPP were not the people with good history. And unfortunately to my dismay both of the PTI candidates were good reputed and educated people. So it was quite a distress for me and I was still indecisive when I went to bed.

In the bed I had been thinking  the same things. I knew my vote was not a big deal. But I had heard that every vote is important and it counts and it is one's duty to cast it. On the other hand I had no choice but to vote for Khan. I have no personal problems with Khan. But the way he showed dreams to Pakistani youth and people was very unrealistic for me. I have strong reservations towards his narcissism, his affiliations with Jamat i Islami, his weird interpretations of Iqbal's poetry, his Modoodian version of Sharia' (same as that of Zia ul Haq), his hatred towards liberals (his hypocrisy, because he has remained the same in his youth,) and his habit of boasting high. I did not want to give the future of my children in this man's hands.

In the mid of night, I suddenly woke up with anxiety/depression attack and had to take 3 pills of Inderal to cover it and rest of my night was again spent thinking the same. At last in the morning, I thought may be he deserves a chance, he is not alone and not a dictator, other people could set a check on him. I voted for PTI.

After 100 days of PTI government in KPK, here I am and here is the mighty Khan in my court. (Pardon me for this blasphemy, but this is my personal opinion and as his voter I have every right to question him.)

Here is my charge sheet/white paper, whatever you call it, in front of you. Tell me what is there in it which you promised to sort out in 90 days? And what is that everything else? While your children are having the best of education and facilities of the world in UK, this is what you have to offer to our children? I am all ears!

10 Changes #PTI brought in in KPK in 100 days!

1. Daewoo could be stopped for prayer breaks by any passenger
2. The Niqab being set as uniform in Khyber Medical University (Thanks God only Optional)
3. Jihadi Verses to be included in Textbooks again
4. Taliban's come back in Swat
5. 235 Prisoners rescued by Taliban in DI Khan
6. About 100 Army Personnel killed including a high profile killing of a Maj. Gen.
7. Walima Cermonies to be attended on Helicopters (Don't tell me he paid the fuel price later, he used the machine)
8. All of the PTI and Allies MPAs given status of Parliamentary Secretaries (Don't tell me they will not be given Salaries, like MNAs/MPAs work for petty salaries? And we are silly enough not to know what Power means?)
9. Azaan to be telecasted 5 times a day on TV (Resolution passed in PA)

Clap Clap!!!

10. And don't forget the most celebrated NA-1 constituency lost in two months!

P.S. Please don't tell me that Rome was not built in a day, this is what we used to tell you before elections and you were adamant that 90 days are enough and hey Only Financial Corruption is not termed as Corruption "wholistically speaking."

This is my post on facebook. You can read the replies, the abuses to me by PTI guys and their weird logics. Enjoy!
